The goal of this class is to learn simple skills and movements that you can take with you anywhere. Also, to increase range of motion, flexibility, circulation, lymphatic flow, and improve activities of daily living. No 2 classes are the same and fun will be had by all ! LEARN MOVE AND LAUGH
